    Please be sure to keep your charms and spacer beads cleaned and shined with the jewelry cleaning cloth that we provide to you. DO NOT bathe or shower in your bracelet, they have charms on them!

If your bracelet breaks within 7 days due to no fault of your own, we’ll gladly make you a replacement at no charge. If less than 75% of the original beads are returned, a small fee will apply to cover the missing materials. Your satisfaction and confidence in our craftsmanship mean everything to us!
