    Please be sure to keep your charms and spacer beads cleaned and shined with the jewelry cleaning cloth that we provide to you. DO NOT bathe or shower in your bracelet, they have charms on them!

    We will guarantee you another bracelet if you have 90% of the beads; if within 7 days it pops due to no fault of your own.  If for any reason your product is defective within one week and you have all the original pieces; It will be re-made free of charge. If not, a small fee will apply
